By using amzpesticide.com and the AMZ Anti-Pesticide Shield tool ("the Service"), you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Service.

1. What this tool does

AMZ Anti-Pesticide Shield is a free, automated keyword-screening tool. It scans text you paste into it against a list of known EPA/FIFRA-related pesticide and antimicrobial claim patterns commonly flagged by Amazon's listing compliance systems, highlights any matches, and suggests alternative wording. That's all it does — it does not connect to your Amazon Seller Central account, does not modify your live listings, and does not communicate with Amazon in any way.

2. No guarantee of outcome

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis using a keyword list we maintain and update periodically. It is not an official Amazon tool, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates. Amazon's actual compliance and enforcement systems may use different, broader, more specific, or more frequently updated criteria than what this tool checks for. Passing a scan on this tool is not a guarantee that your listing complies with Amazon's policies or that it won't be suspended, and failing a scan does not necessarily mean your listing violates any actual Amazon policy. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your listings comply with Amazon's Restricted Products Policy and all applicable laws.

3. Not legal advice

Nothing on this site — including the scan results, the diagnostic explanations, the suggested alternative wording, or the blog content — constitutes legal, regulatory, or professional compliance advice. EPA/FIFRA regulations and Amazon's policies can be complex and change over time. For decisions with real business or legal consequences (such as a suspended listing or account), consult a qualified attorney or a professional experienced in Amazon policy appeals.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service (for example, through automated scraping at a rate that degrades the experience for other users);
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or repackage the Service as your own product without permission;
• Use the Service to generate content intended to deceive consumers, regulators, or Amazon about a product's actual safety properties or regulatory status.

5. Intellectual property

The design, branding, keyword-pattern list, and original written content on this site (including blog articles) are owned by AMZ Anti-Pesticide Shield unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to link to this site. Please don't copy the tool's code or republish blog articles wholesale without asking us first.

6. Third-party links and advertising

This site may contain links to third-party websites and may display advertising through Google AdSense. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or advertiser.

7. "As is" — no warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its keyword list is complete or perfectly current with Amazon's latest enforcement patterns.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMZ Anti-Pesticide Shield and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost sales, or listing suspensions — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we make material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
